Barrett Wehlmann Proctor Adds Another Ad Readership Award for PHP
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
May 29, 2009 (Houston, Texas) – Barrett Wehlmann Proctor LLC has achieved its second Top 10 Readership Award for PHP/Systems Design in a little less than a year of running their current advertising campaign. In the January issue of Buildings Magazine, the full-page, 4-color ad received the 4th highest readership score out of 25 ads, according to the study conducted by Signet Research, Inc. Some of the verbatim included:
“It’s nice to see that we performed well in the readership study, but even better that we know that the ad is working from the feedback we’re getting in the field,” says Darrell Wehlmann. “The integrated campaign messages found in the new Web site, direct mail, collateral and advertising have really done a good job of helping generate more qualified leads to PHP and shortened their sales cycle through our consistent approach to marketing.”
PHP Systems/Design is America’s leading source for rooftop pipe and equipment support systems. They provide an advantage with a team of professionals that are dedicated to product quality, customer satisfaction and getting the job done right.
One of PHP’s biggest challenges is the apathetic acceptance for “homegrown” alternatives to “building it right” for rooftop pipe and equipment support systems. Since many supports are built on the fly, or installed long past the involvement of an architect or engineer, many building owners/managers cut corners during the installation process. This leads to a number of problems, including system failure, roof damage and potentially hazardous tenant environments.
PHP’s tagline, “Build It Right” is a natural statement to encourage architects, engineers and facility managers to specify the highest quality support system available – and leave no room for question during the installation or procurement process. Over time these solutions actually improve performance, reduce risk and save their customers money.
The approach and tone is dead on with their audience’s biggest challenge – which is just “throwing pipes and equipment up on a roof without a plan – or the ability to adjust the layout without causing damage to the roof.” Everyone knows that you can use adapters to plug multiple cords into the wall and it will “work,” but it’s not smart, safe or the right thing to do. PHP’s tagline is Build It Right – and the ad speaks to that very directly.
